Hoheria populnea - New Zealand Lacebark
Common name refers to the lace-like bark that peels away from the trunk.
This tree produces a good display of pure white flowers late July-September
Coaresly serrate ovate to lanceolate leaves 3"-5" long. 'Alba' cultivar has variegated foliage.
